We pulled up and there was someone ready to help unload our luggage, take up to our room and park the car for us. The facility is very nice. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint about the room was there was no table in the room and only 1 comfy chair. There was plenty of room by the window of the room we stayed in so I think they missed the boat there. Also, the fridge had no freezer and we had freezer packs we that needed to be kept frozen. The cafe closes at 2:00. We were there at dinner time so only had the option of expensive restaurants or the food court which was super busy and took a very long time to get hamburgers. They should keep the cafe open into the evening. Other than that, I would recommend this place.

Beautiful rooms. Had plenty of gambling options. I disliked the coffee shop not being open for dinner. It became very limiting for eating options. Other casino coffee shops are open 24/7. This one closed at 2pm.

I requested ADA room. One was not available…what!? I was able to get a step in shower. Receptionist was not very helpful or kind…he just stated since I went through a third party, we can’t adjust this. What!? For a handicap! Whatever! I can’t believe there was hardly any options for dinner. Cafe closed at 2. The wait for hamburger or pizza took over 45 minutes. Hardly any seats..asked to share a table with another couple. Drinks in concert were $16 for small cup of iced vodka tonic. Would not return…..
