Resort-like living in this beautiful first floor unit at The Cloisters Condo Community located in the center of the upscale Biltmore neighborhood. Enjoy this bright, comfortable, and modern condo w/a MCM décor touch.

Onsite enjoy 2 pools (1 heated), 2 hot tubs, an exercise center, lighted tennis/pickle ball courts, a tea room that can be reserved for parties and walking paths throughout property. This bottom floor, easy access unit has a private patio and outside the front door is a stylish courtyard with Spanish fountain and BBQ grill.

The community has a private guard and gated entry w direct access to one of Phx’s most popular malls, the Biltmore Fashion Park, where you can walk to the finest shops like Saks Fifth Avenue, Anthropologie, J. Crew, Williams Sonoma, Sephora, Max Cosmetics, Macy’s (with Starbucks), and restaurants like Capital Grill, Ambrogio15, Obon Bisutoro, Pomo Pizza, Blanco Tacos, Zinburger, Season’s 52, True Food Kitchen, and Cheesecake Factory to name a few. Adjacent, is the Biltmore Golf Course and Resort. Walk to hot breakfast spots like Breakfast Club, Scramble, and Chestnut Fine Foods & Provisions or go to Lifetime Fitness Center, AMC Movie Theatre, or the numerous hiking trails nearby.

The development is also walking distance to a bus stop and less than 9 miles to the Phx International Airport. There is an EV/Tesla Supercharger station nearby at 2502 E. Camelback Rd. The full kitchen has all appliances including microwave, dishwasher, fridge w/ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, regular pot coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes (including wine, champagne and cocktail glasses), utensils and basic pantry items like coffee, salt, pepper, spices, oil, sugar etc.

Wonderful Spot
I visited my mother in Phoenix and stayed at Mel and Tom's condo. They have put every thought into what you would need or want and then added more. It's beautifully furnished and absolutely lovely. The heated pool and jacuzzi are a nice treat! It's just across the street from the Scottsdale Fashion Mall and also walking distance to a really great coffee shop, Press Coffee. The condo is a nice size with a fully stocked kitchen and Mel and Tom are very responsive. Couldn't have wished for anything better and we will be visiting again. Thanks so much, Mel and Tom, for making my visit special!

Our 5th Year at the Cloisters
We are great fans of the Cloisters. This is our first stay at this particular unit. Everything about it was excellent. The place was clean and well-furnished. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. We had great and regular communications with the owner. My sister, my niece and my sister-in-law all came to visit (at different times) and also raved about the unit. Even the weather co-operated with snow and cold in Chicago, while we were warm and sunny in Arizona. We recommend this unit without hesitation.

Arizona Getaway
My wife and I were in town for my wife’s work conference and this property had everything we could have asked for. The complex offers a quiet getaway only a short drive from anything you may want to do in the Phoenix area. The property was clean and had everything we needed and the owners were great to deal with. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

Perfect stay while in Phoenix
We arrived late on evening of checkin. The directions and codes worked perfectly. The place was amazingly clean and well furnished with everything we needed. We hoped to spend a little more time at the pool but ran short of time. We will book for a longer stay which we will do hopefully soon. Loved the Phoenix area and would recommend to all out friends and families.

Great Property
Our family went to the Phoenix area to look at a few colleges. The property was very nice, clean and in a great location! We enjoyed walking to the mall for dinner, as well as having access to tennis courts, a pool and a gym. Communication with our hosts was also great! They wanted to make sure our stay was going well, and it was. Everything was great and we would love to stay again when we are back in Phoenix!

Property was in a great location, almost exactly between old town Scottsdale and GCU. it was nice to have a pool and hot tub. Nothing fancy but was clean and since it was gated it was very safe. Would stay again.

Wonderful Stay
My friends and I wanted a place to stay for the weekend of the Taylor Swift concert. This place was even better than the pictures. It is walking distance to food and shopping. The hosts seemed to have thought of everything, down to the spare tennis rackets. This vrbo is in a gated community and although it sounds like a lot of other vrbos are in the area, this one in particular is on the quiet and older side. Would be great for families as well! Thanks for a great stay.
