This beautiful King suite has its own private entry and private bathroom your own private yard is absolutely beautiful. this is an attached garage conversion your living quarters is not part of the main house. I live in my house separate from you. you will be in my Romantic Getaway. You won’t see me and I won’t see you is just what you need to relax and unwind. The king suite living quarters features a King bed, and a Queen size sofa bed couch, a coffee table , a work desk and chair, 50in smart tv/ WiFi and mini-fridge, There is a nice Coffee/tea bar, microwave, and bottled water. You have a beautiful standing shower, with shampoo,conditioner, and bodywash. There are maxi pads, hair ties, floss, black makeup towels. ,cotton balls Qtips hand soap, lotion, and plenty of towels, sheets, first aid kit, and hair dryer. There is ample street parking, this is a very quiet neighborhood.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be within walking distance of Mesa Community College. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a Smart TV in the apartment.

Small but quiet and as described
This is not a place that you’d want to stay on an extended stay but it’s got its charms for a short stay. It was as it was described. It is small but clean and nicely decorated. A very quiet very accessible area. The host put out snacks and had plenty of water and coffee supplied, which was awesome. Also a lot of bathroom amenities were supplied which was also very nice. The reason I don’t recommend it for extended stay is because it has no kitchen, for those who like to cook in as well. But the toaster and microwave are ample for shorter stays.

The rental was clean, beautiful and had many amenities I want expecting. They supplied; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, razors, a-tips, mouthwash, dental floss. They had a small fridge with water bottles, ice in freezer, coffee pods & ground coffee, filters, creamers to go cups, paper plates, plasticware, tea, toaster. King size bed, power bars to plug in phones and other devices.bags of chips and nutrition bars. Room was nice and quiet. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back again!

Very comfy and safe neighborhood
My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. Bed was comfortable, bathroom is well stocked as well as the coffee bar. Neighborhood was safe and quite. This was the perfect place for us.

All the amenities and great location
This place was centrally located. It was absolutely immaculate and our host was amazing! There were so many little touches that made our stay very comfortable. She provides coffee with all the fixings and even provided to —go cups. There were snacks and bottled water as well. The toiletries were luxurious. We would highly recommend Monique’s place!

Comfy and clean and well-stocked
This is a great one-BR one BA suite within a single-family home where the owner resides. We were a little freaked out when we arrived and there was a car parked in front of "our" house. Although we have always had great experiences with VRBO, we are still nervous because we know it's not like a hotel room where if your keycard doesn't work or the toilet doesn't flush you can just go downstairs and get another room. That's the advice I would give Monique, who is super-nice - make it clear that she lives there so her guests won't panic and think that "their" rental is being overstayed by the prior guest! Monique has fabulous snacks and a coffee bar and tons of toiletries for her guests' use. Everything worked well and was perfect for a 4-night stay. Tons of storage/closet/drawer space. We enjoyed it!

Everything is fine. The place is clean. The only thing is that we were not used to the bed (foam matteress I believe) and the comforter; it got hot at night with the heat went on.

Was a different experience, for us. Living next to a family we didn't know. The manager was very nice to us. We were unsure if we were at correct location. Tried to open gate, but could not. Went to door and manager lady said, she could open. Then she told us combination to get in side door to apt. Could not get that to work, so she did it and we realized we didn't press the check mark to make it work. 😜She was very nice about it. They had room well stocked with snacks, pop and coffee. Very lovely walkin shower and comfy bed. Did not like small step up to bathroom, always feared we would trip. Other than that, very nice room!!
