Beautiful Home
We stayed for 5 days and had an amazing time. The house was big and beautiful, with lots to do to keep us entertained. We reached out to the property manager a few times and they immediately responded to us with no wait time. They were on top of everything and went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip. I highly recommend staying here.

50th Anniversary Party
We brought friends and family together for three days to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. From the moment we checked in with Andromeda, who is fabulous, to our last good bye the weekend could not have been more perfect. The kids loved the slide, lazy river pool, and the mini golf course. The middle kids love the spa and the center eating area where they could converse like adults and still watch kiddos. The casita was perfect for the couple with a 5 month old teething baby as she had a quiet place to sleep and those of us in the house didn't hear a peep. And my husband and I just enjoyed what a simple "I do" 50 years ago created. I can't thank you enough for sharing this beautiful home and having such a wonderful staff be available for any issues that could come up.

Overall the stay went well. We were in town for a 16 man Ryder Cup tournament. The House pretty easily accommodates 16 people. Pool and backyard area was a fun place to hangout. Not to be nitpicky but here are some negatives I found about the place. The master bed was dirty when we arrived. They did offer to resend the cleaning people, which I appreciated but didn't feel like dealing with while we were gonna be out golfing. The blinds in the master bedroom are so paper thin my bunkmate slept in the closet after getting sick of it (Window faces East) and is bright AF by 5:30am. There's a noise ordinance at 10pm (totally understandable) but the light by the pickleball/basketball court turn off at 9pm. They don't warn you about the light timer anywhere so we kinda felt activities were cut short there. Overall it was a solid place to stay.

The house was great and the host was great and super responsive. My only comment to future renters is that there is no left over food stuff from previous guests. This is not a problem, but a bit of a shock. Most places have left over salt & pepper and oil and other stuff. They have nothing. Just an FYI to plan ahead. The donate all leftovers to a local food pantry.

This large, sprawling house is everything as advertised and the three sleeping areas—bedrooms off the living room, a primary suite off the kitchen and the casita—give guests a chance to spread out and have privacy. The house was immaculate upon arrival and the backyard “resort” was ready for play and it was perfect for our family. There were a few issues getting the pool heated, and the hot tub, which is within the pool, never got warm until day 5. Omar surprised us and showed up on Christmas day to work on it—great service. We loved this one-of-kind house but there are a few things to mention. The listing notes the kitchen is minimally stocked and that is correct. Pulling off even a simple holiday menu was a challenge. There is nothing in the kitchen except the basics—think first apartment utensils and cookware which contrasts the high-end kitchen appliances. The upper oven door wouldn’t seal and get to temperature so that left us with only the smaller lower oven. There is dishware for 12 but the house sleeps 17. Unlike some short-term rentals, there was no sugar, oil, salt, pepper, a few baggies, etc. Plan to purchase or bring all your supplies or use a caterer. The two ensuite bedrooms have king beds with waist-high mattresses! We had to find step stools to get in the beds and the next night traded with our 6’9” son-in-law. Even our 6’ tall daughter had trouble getting into the primary suite bed. The management company was great to work with.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Activities for all ages ! Our ages ranged from 1year old to 69 years of age ! 8 adults and 8 children and we had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend this beautiful place to anyone!

Nice house with great backyard pool. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. Large refrigerator with room for provisions for a big group. Home managers were very responsive. The only issue we had with the house was keeping the hot tub heated - that function frequently turned off and wolf not reheat; but the rest of the pool did stay heated, and the heated pool was a great asset in the November mornings and evenings. Food and grocery delivery to the house was very easy; many nearby options.

Annual girls trip a success!
Every year our group of friends pick somewhere to go for vacation. We came across this house and feel in love. Well, the pictures don't do this justice. It was beyond amazing and I'm sure we will be returning. The management was very communicative and anything we needed they where available to help! Everything was near by but honestly you don't even have to leave the house it is so amazing. If you are thinking about booking just do it!!

Loved staying here. Everyone had plenty of space! Had a couple issues with the pool water features but things happen mechanically. No fault to the owner or property manager at all. Once informed they were quick to respond. I would have liked more bath towels for use vs just 1 per person to reuse daily, and more than 2 kitchen towels. Besides this….perfection! We will be coming back to stay in the future for sure!

Overall, the house was clean and beautiful. Pool was clean. Staff responds immediately. We had a couple of issues with pool heat being on when we didn’t request it. It got too hot to swim. Staff eventually turned it off but we lost a day of swimming, it was 115° outside and the pool was 101°. The pool guy came just before we arrived and put enough chemicals in the pool that would require a 12-24 hour wait before swimming. However, management was unaware and all of the kids got severe chemical burns on the first day. Management was made aware however they said they didn’t know about the pool service, so nothing was done. The AC was in a schedule, every couple of hours the heat would turn on, we eventually figured out that we needed to keep watch and manually turn the AC back on. Other than that the house was beautiful, comfortable, and we had a great time. Would suggest that you communicate about the pool prior to swimming.

I had a lot of communication prior to checking in. I was concerned about the noise ordinance. The company was always quick to respond, professional and pleasant even when I asked the same questions about the ordinance numerous times (I was concerned). I was confused after reading the check in instructions but in reality it went smoothly. The house has a nice split bedrrom layout and is updated nicley for the age of home it is. The casita was great for what we needed. The pool, lazy river and swim up bar make this rental worth the money. I was appreciative of some of the extra things this company does such as the snacks they set out which made it convenient for kids. I also appreciated the bath and pool towels they put out on each bed. All and all it was a nice place to stay and we really enjoyed my husbands 50th birthday. I did make sure to move everyone inside the house at 10:00 pm as was suggested per ordinance. My only suggestion would be to add a video game or two.

My family and I stayed for the weekend. This house is gorgeous and very spacious. We all loved the pool and lazy river. Everything worked great and was very clean. We had a great stay in this property! We had 4 adults and 3 kids and had SO MUCH room. Could easily have had more people. The backyard is an absolute paradise and the kids LOVED it. The house was immaculate and we had a great stay. Be prepared that past dishes and silverware the kitchen is sparse (there were provided snacks and coffee pods). So you'll need to bring EVERYTHING you'll need to cook (if you plan to cook).

We loved our stay at Villa Larkspur. We had a large family group of 16 including 8 adults and 8 children. Everyone said that the outside pool and water slide, lazy river and basketball court were great. We loved the house and had plenty of room for everyone. The owner, managers were super helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. So we would definitely recommend Villa Larkspur and would stay there again. P.S. It pretty centrally located to everything.

Beautiful home with every updated amenity possible
Everything was ok. Its a noise ordinance so just be aware that you will have many warnings regarding this prior to check in and during your stay. I recommend writing down all the codes just to save some time. Overall it was an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! i highly recommend and the rate was reasonable.
