★ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
★ Smoking, Drugs and Partying inside our home is PROHIBITED. Any signs of smoking or partying will result to $1,000 fine.
★ Please help us respect our neighbors and keep noise at a minimum during
quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7:00am.
★ Report any damage immediately.
• Kindly note that this apartment is not baby-proofed and we don't have baby-specific furniture (crib, changing table, etc.). Please bring your own needed during your stay.
• Please note that this is a pet friendly community however our unit does not allow pets. While the grassy courtyard is a beloved space for four-legged friends, occasionally, there may be encounters of a few minor challenges.
• We have a security camera facing the front porch next to the entrance and noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.
« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.
• Profiles that are new with no previous reviews or profiles with 2 and less reviews are required to pay a damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.
• Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
