This home in the desirable 45+ Sun City Grand in Surprise is special for sure. It is located near everything and also in a prime location in the community at the end of a culdesac with only one neighbor. Right next to a fabulous walking trail this home boasts 3 bedrooms, one being an office. The split bedroom floor plan is great for guests or for sharing. Walk up to the home into a front private courtyard. Enter the home into a great room and open concept kitchen with a breakfast room. The large living space seats family and friends and has a large screen tv. One side of the home is the grand master king suite with a walk in shower, double sinks and a walk in closet. The other side of the home has 2 bedrooms, one doubles as an office with a sleeping futon and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. Outside in the private backyard is a grill, soothing fountain and dining. There is a great service bar for entertaining. Super private and super large backyard with is Northeast facing perfect for morning coffee and evening shade.

Dog Friendly. $10 per night dog fee. Maximum 1 dog.

GOLF CART available with this rental for $10 per day.

Beautiful house in "The Grand"
The house and backyard/patio are lovely. Very private with beautiful landscaping. Just as shown in the photos.Property managers were professional and responsive.Only negative is freeway noise.

We enjoyed our month at this property. I did have to communicate with property manager several times, but she was responsive to our needs (propane for bbq, Roku for tv, golf cart condition), etc.
