When I arrive there was debris of chopped up furniture and boxes all around property. The trash cans were completely full and overflowed on the ground. I just had back surgery.The only room available they had was third floor. When I arrive to room, there had cats with callars on that hid under the bed.These cats had collars on when I told staff up from, They behaved as if this was okay. I had to clean up floor from shower with towel.They took my deposit because the towel was dirty from cleaning their dirty floor/uncleanly room. The water was shut off during my stay. All around this place was not habitable.Staff was rude. It almost seemed as if they live there, the cats were theirs. I don't know, it just seemed unbelievable and extremely Unacceptable.. I would never recommend it to anybody to stay there. To the point that this place should be checked out By human services. Like I said, I had just got out of hospital had back surgery. How to reserve this place on my card In advance. And this was the only room available.

The neighborhood isn’t the best. The room was not very clean. The a/c is in a different room than the bedroom, so sleeping was pretty warm.

The room I stayed had bed buds, in next day, morning I show the person at the front desk my bits. All he said was no one complained about bed bugs in other rooms. The first room we got had broken shower curtain rod, tore curtains, broken lamps, power cord on the floor of entrance door. So we switched to different room, which had bed bugs. Didn’t sleep cause of that.

Ashlyyn pregnant and she was pregnant with Victor so she didn’t have any issues with that so she had to wait till she gets her results from the doctor so she could have some thing else to take it off the bone and she had a couple things that were not working out that I didn’t have a chance to do that I was just on a date with Victor so she had some kind a weird feeling that I didn’t know about that but she said that I had a lot to say and she had been told me to tell her to go back in the whole story about that and

The room was gross. The smell was thick and stuck with me even when I was gone. The bed was sagging in the middle which forced me to roll into the crevice. The tub was absolutely disgusting, couch in living area was stained & I wouldn’t dare to of sat on it. TV in the living area did not work, both that I would have watched it BUT could have helped make the sketchy people lingering around possibly stay away. Had I not paid in full & I site I booked the room on wouldn’t allow me a refund or I would have left within 2 minutes of walking in the door.
