Our room at Spring Hill Suites Scottsdale was perfect! We are passing through from California back home to Missouri and our room was just what we needed. Breakfast was good, pretty standard complementary breakfast. We’d stay here again.

Younger Female at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely needs some customer service training how to properly speak to customers and how to overcome situations. Breakfast was ok. Parking situation is inconvenient. Rooms are a great size and clean.

SUPER RECOMMEND
I love everything about the hotel, the rooms are so spacious which is my go to preferences. It was comfortable, clean 24/7, the service was great and the area is pretty good too. The hot breakfast was honestly the best part, they change it up a few every morning so it's different options every morning. I would definitely stay again some other time!
