Not the best!
The host was excellent with answering questions and quick communication. The unit was neat and clean except for the sofa and livingroon rug was dirty and stained. The ice maker did not work. Some of the dishes were found to be dirty with old food particles. There was no additional paper towels or toilet paper, onlywhat was in the bathrooms and kitchen. The worst issue that we had was the heat. It was a rather cold period while we were there. In the morning the temperature in the unit was 63 degrees and never got above 68 degrees. Upon talking with the host we found that the heat was a community boiler and was controlled by the management. Was told that the boiler was set at 72-76 degrees, but never reached that in our unit! Will probably not returning to this unit.

The place was very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for us as our son didn’t live too far away. We were missing a few things on arrival but a text to the owner took care of it. He answered right away and had items delivered to us within a few days. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again

Outside needs work on steps and balconies. Carpet run down but place very spacious and nice for additional guest to visit and hangout! Nice pool, need updated pool loungers and chairs.

I rely on the reviews when I book a VRBO and I felt I was misled. The booking doesn't lie...it is spacious, but in my opinion it was not luxurious nor was it a sanctuary. I would rate it a 6 out of 10. We left the condo unit within an hour of entering, telling the host we were unsatifisfied, and that we were leaving. He asked what the problem was, and I indicated that the skylight would be an issue for my husband who likes a completely dark room. The listing did show this, but I did not notice. The home appeared to be clean, but was very dingy and stained. I pulled a fry pan out of the cupboard, and I felt like I would have had to wash it before I used it...and then I still may not have used it due to the permanent scorch marks. My husband thought the towels hanging in the bathroom were damp. After I told the host the issue, I received no further communications. This is not a vacation home. It maybe is a place to get a good night's sleep and move on. I wish I had vetted the pictures closer and/or asked more questions before I booked this. We were a little flustered when we checked in, as there were 5 keys on a key chain for the locks...after trying multiple keys for the two doors that were locked, we managed to enter. I realize it was a very hot day, but I also do not think the air conditioner would have ever cooled down the unit to a comfortable level. I am very disappointed.
