Rhonda at morning desk was friendly and always cheerful making my stay pleasant. Housekeeping staff as well, kind and helpful. Clean, convenient and easy to access location. Huge parks behind hotel allow long dog walks. An excellent stay and recommended highly! Full size fridge with ice maker in kitchenette suite appreciated.

The hotel was very nice the staff was nice. However, I was supposed to be in a one bedroom and I was told when I came back in with my bags somebody is in my room and put me from the first floor to the third floor and I am not in a one-bedroom I'm in a regular room.

Charged double!
First of all, I booked this through Hotels.com. I had to change my dates and they refused to give me my money back even though it was within 24 hours. When we checked in, the room stunk like cigarettes. it also wasn't very clean. The nice lady at the desk helped us move to a different room which was better but the entire place is just pretty run down. After paying double, I'll never stay in one of these again.

we had a great stay here and were impressed by the room for the cheap price! Highlights! - full kitchenette (fridge, microwave, 2 burners, cutlery, dishwasher) - spacious bathroom - great size studio room for 2 people - nice hot tub / pool area - very easy & convenient parking Notable - slight wear and tear on furniture probably due to age - slightly older building - small cleaning imperfections on check in (hair in shower) - small concession Overall it was a great hotel for the price, and was right next to the freeway which made travelling around very accessible. There were some flaws with the furniture due to age, but overall it is a great hotel unless you are looking for a luxury 5 start hotel

Would never ever stay here again! The entire hotel is very unkept and extremely rundown. It was disgusting!!! Very upset for a weekend away to have picked this hotel. Can’t say one good thing about it.

The hotel is older and dated. The hallway and our room smelled like pee. But we were too tired to switch rooms since we were only passing thru and leaving promptly in the morning. The carpeting looked nasty and the bathroom shower did not work properly..the water pressure was almost nonexistent. If you guys could just match the way the rooms look on your website to what it actually is in person, that would be great. We were mislead in booking this hotel from how the pictures on line looked. Shame on you! And charging over $100/night is absolutely atrocious for this hotel. Do yourselves a favor and just stay away from here.
