The absolute worst stay anywhere in my life. The noise levels were insane. If you can’t get a good nights sleep, nothing else about a hotel matters. It’s like there was a party going on all night and even the morning. Loud music, thumping, furniture being moved. Absolutely awful, I will never stay at another Sonesta.

The bed was comfy but not far off the floor very low. Hairdryer and coffee maker did not work Room had a smell had to light a candle. workers right outside window Blowing dirt for a hour in morning will not be staying here again

What a great staff!! Starting with Theresa and Syna and Kai and Jackie. What a great group making you feel at home and cared for! They really added to my enjoyment of a great place to stay! The rooms are spotless and roomy with fully furnished kitchens, right down to the pots and Tupperware. Even measuring cups and spoons. I’ve never seen anything like it. There’s a HUGE shopping mall and a Fry’s just minutes away to stock a full sized refrigerator and a tv with all the channels and speedy Wi-Fi as well. And a 24 hour gym with free coffee right in the next room. I will be back for another three week stint very soon,so great was my stay. Keep it up Sonesta Suites. You have hired a WONDERFUL staff for a WONDERFUL hotel. Can’t wait to see you again!!!!!
