My second stay was as great as my first thanks in part to a great staff led by Rachel and Theresa who are the best! Great rooms,great service,great location for groceries and quiet respectful neighbors all around. Each room is your own private oasis and I have never had a single problem. Just joy in this world Sonesta Suites has created for us. Once again, thank you for everything! You continue to be the best in the west!. And your front desk can’t be beat!

Property looks nice from the outside but is a bit worn on the inside. Halls and elevator worn. Room was fine, bed very comfy and clean. Bathroom door was cracked right across the middle. No filtered water in gym. Zero amenities. No teabags, honey or food except for purchase.

Not very clean, very run-down.

We were really disappointed in this stay. We have stayed at other Sonesta Suites, and this one was pretty run-down. Additionally, there were disgusting footprints in the shower when we arrived, and when I went to take a bath, the drain didnt work because someone had shoved a hair filled tissue with gum stuck to it. Photo attached. Overall, the whole room had a strange odor and was not thoroughly cleaned. The service was quite nice, there was popcorn in the lobby every afternoon and the staff was kind and attentive. The rooms were large and spacious but I was disappointed in how dirty the bathroom was.
