Our stay was very comfortable. Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Our only suggestion would be to offer complimentary coffee, since there is no free breakfast included with the stay. Starbucks is not an option for us.

The room was perfect for a needed trip to Mayo Clinic Phoenix for my daughter. The $7.00 daily parking fee seems unnecessary due to the remote the location. The shuttle to & from Mayo Clinic is convenient however, we ended up driving frequently because there is nothing in walking distance (food, stores, etc). Everyone was extremely friendly & helpful! The only issue we had was finding long, dark hairs on the outer bedding & counter area. 😬 Easily fixable by ponytail/bun for staff members who enter guest rooms. My daughter is not currently immune system compromised so, I took care of the hair myself. Otherwise, very relaxing & comfortable.
