Low quality bed and dismissive management. If you have any issues prepared to be ignored. I stayed at the property for two nights. The first night was fine, the room was spacious and it was quiet with a quality bed. Night two was a different story…I checked into a different room and to say the bed was poor quality is an understatement. It was probably the noisiest spring bed I’ve experienced. I raised this with management and asked for a different room or to have the mattress replaced. I was told there were no other rooms (even tho I could see some on Expedia) and that there was nobody to change the mattress. The front desk person came and pushed on the bed to test it and pretended they couldn’t hear the loud creaking. It’s not a traditional hotel, but some apartments that have a few rooms to rent. The office management team refused to discuss the matter and just kept my cash. I didn’t stay in the room at all. Overall a very poor experience. If you have any issues expect to be ignored. The balcony views are of a parking building.

Fairly nice place but some security concerns. There is no visible security at this site after front desk staff leave. A couple of folks were drinking from bags at the pool and broke a bottle in the lobby as they left.

Checking in was a total nightmare. We were working an event so checked in very late. There’s NO one around. Everything is done online. After about an hour of trying to get in we finally figured it out. Having an on call person would really help. Won’t be staying there again.

Stayed many times. Everything is great except out of hours when issues arise you have to use a chat service to get hold of anyone. You cannot get your key — use a chat bot. You have an issue with the room — use the chat bot. Need to chance checkout time — use a chat bot. Not acceptable!

The fact that I was staying in a fully equipped apartment made it feel like I was at home more than any suite Ive ever stayed in. Granted it's not a Vegas Villa, but this is Scottsdale. Amazing stay. Would stay again or refer anyone to this location.
