My husband and I traveled to Scottsdale, Arizona for our Minimoon. We had the BEST time and absolutely loved Scottsdale. The Caesar Republic Hotel is absolutely breath-taking. Stunning! Everyone was extremely friendly and there was a lot to do in the hotel as well as nearby. Ubers and Lyft was inexpensive, which we loved. Upon arriving to the hotel we were greeted with a glass of champagne. Room Service was also great! We would highly recommend this hotel. A 10 out of 10 experience. We will be back!

Among the worst hotel experience in recent times. Super un-clean room with massive hair left in the shower from the previous guests, no shower gel in the shower, the bottle of shampoo not working, the bathroom sink clogged and a snobby front desk attitude. I thought coming to this brand new hotel would have a different experience, but turns out this place did not provide that experience at all for me.

Every day we had an issue with housekeeping. First day our room was not cleaned, and we had to ask why, and I was asked did you call? I had service please on the door and we were gone from 9-3 and my husband had a zoom call, and the room was still not cleaned. When it was cleaned, they did not replace the toiletries and once again we had to call and request them. They took the bathrobe, and we called for one and it was never delivered. I'm not quite sure why a small coffee maker is not in the room, went down to get coffee and brought it to the room and the expensive cup was cold! again not sure why no coffee accommodations.I feel the hotel is lacking in hospitality.

Placed in room with broken air conditioner. Had engineer work on system and waited three hours. Second call to front desk without resolution. Moved late to an upgraded room with air off and temperature at 82 degrees which took three hours to cool down in a city with a high temp of 108 degrees. Room finally cooled down at 12:30 am comfortable enough to sleep. Did not get to enjoy properly. Discussed with manager who did not feel the experience was there fault and wouldn’t compensate or give another night. Very disappointed and will not return to property and will tell friends and family about the very poor customer service and attitude.

Loved the area but the main issue I had was paying $100 amenity fee when I had to edit the dirty windows in my pool pictures. I was also told upon checkin that the ENTIRE deposit and fees up front would be returned then upon checkout another lady told me the amenities fee isn’t refundable.
