Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the estate and you will immediately be drawn to the resort style backyard that has a state-of-the-art heated pool, oversized spa, large slide, water features and a covered swim up bar complete with 65 inch TV and fridge to keep those beverages cold. The outdoor area also has plush lounge seating, in-pool seating and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun. Also included for your entertainment is your own putting green, grilling station, firepit, and cornhole! 

Indoor Luxury: At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, we believe any stay should be centered around comfort. All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. Enjoy the chef's kitchen complete with wolf appliances and top end cabinets and finishes. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private theater complete with Sonos surround sound. We also provide TV’s in each of the living spaces and bedrooms. Need some additional entertainment? Take in a game of billiards, play a game of cards, or challenge your family and friends on the old-style arcade.

Bedroom 1 - King Master ensuite with chaise lounge nestled in front of a personal fireplace, a workout room, and private access to the backyard. Two private toilet rooms in the bathroom and one with a bidet. His and her sinks, two master walk in closets, a dual shower head walk in shower, and a double person bathtub.

Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Spacious and beautiful
Gorgeous desert compound with tons of amenities. We loved the huge house and backyard property for our extended family Thanksgiving. Lots of space for everyone to sleep but also spend time together. Kids loved the slide, movie room and pickleball court. On call property management was quick and polite responding to any issues we had w pool and water heating system. We hope to return!

Couldn’t have asked for a better home! Our host, Sydney, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was amazingly responsive too. She made sure we were well taken care of and took extra time to make sure of it (blew up our pool toys, delivered shampoo, and other needs). As for the home and the pool it was incredible! We spent long hours in the world class pool, using the swim up bar a ton and loved every minute. The privacy of the home was perfect for our large group too. We felt safe and secure and could be us throughout the time there. The rooms and beds were comfortable and amazing. We loved the on-suites. Beds were world class comfortable too. Plenty of room for multiple families. The game area was great too. We spent lots of time playing pool and poker upstairs. The fire pit outside was used a ton to wind down our days after BBQing dinner at the swim up bar. Pickleball and basketball too. We lived our best week. 3 families spent the week in the heat of summer and loved every minute. Highly recommend! Tons of fridge space and the ice machines were huge! 3 ovens and multiple fridges throughout the house plus a washer and dryer in the master (and one in the main house was great). We can’t wait to go back!

Annual Family Vacay!
We had a fabulous time enjoying the Arizona heat at this beautiful Scottsdale property! The house was amazing, the pool and outdoor space was well laid out and fun, and Sydney (the Property Manager) was very accomodating throughout the trip. We had no issues, but when we had questions, Sydney was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again! For our annual family and friends vacation of 12 people this time, it was more than enough space. It could have easily have handled up to 20-22 people.

Nice Pool, but mechanical issues were a nuisance
We stayed at the property for a week with six adults and four kids, ages 3-8 years old. The property itself was expansive and the theatre room and the outdoor space/pool was the highlight of the house. We had several issues with the house, some of which were resolved and some of which weren't which made the accommodations less than ideal. One of the bathrooms toilet and shower were not flushing and there was a trickle of water, respectively. The property manager fixed the problem in a timely manner. The worst part of the stay, in terms of comfort and lack of convenience, was the fact that the air conditioning system controlling five bedrooms never worked. Overnight sleeping temperatures were hovering around 75-76 degrees. Over the course of three days people came and assured us the problem was fixed; it never was. We were offered a credit before we were told there wouldn't be a fix by the time we were checking out. While the mgmt co was communicative it really soured the experience. No additional accommodations were offered to us. I would hesitate to stay at this property again, given the inconvenience and lack of comfor we experienced. For the price they charge, one would expect to have a/c, especially in Arizona.

College Reunion fun
Had a blast at this property reconnecting with a large group of friends who haven’t seen each other in a while. Plenty of space in the house, amazing backyard and pool. Close enough to civilization to get groceries or other things you may need. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a relaxing vacation with a large group.

Amazing Property!
Amazing property, everything we could have asked for. Plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms just as described. The theatre room was great. There is a built in ice maker upstairs and downstairs. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

AMAZING PROPERTY & EXPERIENCE
The experience my guests and I had at this property was nothing less than AMAZING. The property managers were very accommodating no matter what time I called them, most things were because of user error but that did not stop them from being patient and walking me through the process. I will forever remember this vacation, the house was everything and some that was described in the listing. The customer service was 5 star, Autumn even came to assist me to light the grill on her personal time while traveling elsewhere. I would stay here any opportunity that I can moving forward. My surprise birthday celebration went off without a hitch and this home played a major part in it!!!!!

Lovely and Fun Experience for a Family Get Together
The place was beautiful and clean! It was a perfect place for our family reunion in the July heat of Scottsdale. The management was very responsive since we had AC outage for 2 out of the 3 days (note that it was very hot so be prepare to call the management). We did have to do some brushing of the pool - one of my guest saw mold so we reported this to the management for the next group. These are no big deals for me since the management responded quickly and promptly to act. Overall, we had a fantastic time in the pool, game room, movie room, and the great layout of this house. I would highly recommend this location and along with the management team. Kudos to you!

Amazing Property. Had a few Issues.
It’s an amazing property for a large group - we really enjoyed. However, we did run into a few issues. The biggest thing that went wrong was the air conditioning being out for 3/4 days on one side of the house where most of the bedrooms are located. This lead to almost unmanageable sleeping conditions. The property manager tried to resolve the situation which we appreciate but was unable to do so during our stay. There was also an issue with the outdoor tv working properly which was unfortunate because there were really big NBA playoff games we wanted to see while enjoying the pool. Lastly, the signage to get to the property could be improved. There are three houses on the estate and it almost feels like a guessing game for people as they are arriving as to which property they reserved.
