Welcome to our beautiful, custom home on a half acre cul-de-sac in the highly sought-after Estate Groves neighborhood with professionally landscaped front yard, 2 cozy courtyards, and brand new mini-golf course in the comfort of our backyard. Centrally located in Mesa, just 15 min from Scottsdale, Phoenix and Gilbert and easily accessible to the best golfing and hiking trails.

Bedroom 6/game room: Sofabed. Note, this is a secondary living room converted to a game room and bedroom space with a privacy divider.

Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold:
It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! Note: during the winter months, our pool heater is able to sustain temperatures in the low to mid 70s.
- Guests will have private access to the entire home, backyard, and amenities.

Note: the heated pool works best during the late spring, summer, and early fall months. Depending on weather conditions, the heat pump may not keep up with cooler weather.

Depending on availability:
- Early Check-in Fee: $20/hr.
- Late Check-out Fee: $20/hr.

Heated Pool Fee: Enjoy the comfort of our heated pool during your stay for an additional fee of $40/day. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to include this option so we can prepare the pool for you.
