We arrived early before check in. We were told it would be an extra 20.00 to get a room before the actual check in time. I paid it as we were there for an event and had set up stuff to do, and used an uber from the airport. When we arrived to our room it was filthy. The wall by the garbage can had stains all over it, a huge dry wall hole in the wall with exposed cords, cigarette butts under the window sill and the sill itself was filthy. The bathroom door barely opened if shut all the way and made a horrible sound and to top it off the toiled ring leaked . There was no comforter on the bed. Just a sheet. I thought there was another sheet, ut when I pulled it back, it was bare mattress. No mattress cover, fitted sheet etc. Air conditioner made a horrible sound that was very loud, but did keep the room cool.

For the time we were there the stay was fine. Tough bed, thin blankets even thinner walls. This place is more of a motel than a hotel. Over priced for the facilities they offer. Yes its close to big venues but the price is not worth it. The attendant didnt really interact with or told us if there was more available parking. Bathrooms, atleast my rooms, was extremely small. Stand up shower and the hot water took about 5 minutes to get going. The rooms smelled like mildew and stale when we walked in. The lights were very dim. A motel 6 wouldve been better and roughly a similar price for better amenities.

The room was adequate. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The towels are thin and dirty looking. Everything could use a good bleaching. The room wasn’t dirty, but it needs upkeep. No frills! We slept fine and could walk to the concert venue, so in that regard the hotel was fine.

The people who run the place are absolutely so kind and The rooms are always clean and it’s so nice and quiet always when I stay there. I highly recommend people to stay there.

It just was not a good experience. The front desk was helpful and nice but the property is extremely rundown. The air conditioner was so loud and went off and on throughout the night until I just turned it off and tried to sleep in the heat. After a terrible night, I just wanted a cup of coffee. However, there is not a coffee maker in the room and there is none available in the lobby..

Great location and price, just didn’t sleep well due to lots of external and internal noise. There were a few people just loitering around outside of the hotel which made me feel a little uncomfortable staying and parking there. Probably just a Phoenix thing.

Lady on reception was lovely. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Towels were tiny. No coffee available anywhere. The area didn’t feel safe. The door frame in our room had obviously been broken and not replaced so could easily have been broken into again. Very noisy with traffic and homeless.
