The hotel itself it’s really clean, the rooms are small but have anything you might need. However, it DOES NOT INCLUDE PARKING, so depending on how many nights you’re staying it’s at least $40 per day to take your own car anytime you want, so take some extra cash with you. When you book your rooms you won’t be notified about the parking until you get there and you have no option but to pay for it. There’s a lot of construction going around but it’s easy to get anywhere, 10 minute walk to the Chase Field & Footprint Center so it’s convenient if you’re going to events on these venues.

We reserved a room that advertised a full kitchen. There was no kitchen. When we asked about this we were told the rate we booked online didn't guarantee the amenities advertised. Further the TV didn't work at all. When called front desk there was no customer service. No apology, no offer to repair. Found the front desk person to be quite rude both at check in and the next morning when we discovered the TV didn't work. Further at check in we were not told to use the key card to select a floor. There was just too much bate and switch here and no satisfactory resolve. The bed is very comfortable BUT i pass on staying here again.

This property is perfect for attending events at the Footprint center. It’s not only convenient but clean, quiet and offers free breakfast. The staff is always friendly. We will be staying here for future events!

Wow what a beautiful place to stay if you have to stay downtown. Room was quiet and beautiful. View was great. It was nice not to have to drive home after a show. Thanks Residents Inn. Great breakfast too!

The room where the free breakfast was served had absolutely no air conditioning and was hellishly hot. This in Phoenix at the height of summer. The property did not even post an explanation or apology outside. My room (which had a full kitchen) was clean but had limited drawer space and no room safe. The food pantry in the lobby had surprisingly meager offerings for a residential hotel. There was a small indoor pool. Overall, the property was not bad and the location was excellent. But my awful experience with the free breakfast makes it impossible to give the property a top rating.

Very nice being right next to the venue for a concert, was only a block away so walkable. Very nice hotel and clean. Only downside was no street parking near by so you had to pay for valet parking or to park in the parking garage which were both expensive.
