We used to love this hotel. Our room stunk. We could hear our neighbors all night. We were watch tge homeless walk around the parking lot all around our cars.

Pretty good
Was here 2 nights as a family of four. Initially the area the hotel was in looked rough and kind of hidden. But upon arriving and checking in, I was surprised. Our room was clean and could tell they have been recently remodeled. Definitely a descent little hotel. Would stay again if I were in AZ again. I did like there were so many restaurants in the area. So it was a plus.

Building under construction. Smelt like weed most of the time. First night there rained and woke up with a puddle in the room. Was switch to a different room but no iron in room had to get from downstairs. Super friendly staff but building is a mess and just not super clean.

That staff were professional and courteous. The price was also quite affordable, which made more sense once I realized they seemed to be remodeling. The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke but the staff were happy to offer an alternative. The new room was excellent!

The male person at check in was most unfriendly and did not say a word about Wi-Fi. My wife and I stayed for two nights. Our room was nice and big and the beds were comfortable. The water was being turned off each day between 11am to 3pm for renovations. We were most surprised to find that our room did not have a fridge, microwave or any coffee making facilities. No breakfast provided, so not having a fridge to even store milk, was very poor in my opinion. We found it a step back in time for those items not to be provided. I didn't check the amenities before booking for those items, wrongly assuming that all motels in USA provide them in 2024, again especially when there is not any breakfast provided. That's what happens when I assume. The hallway and elevator smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Apart from some freeway noise of loud vehicles, the property was quiet. Security of the building was good. Posted warnings about Red Roof Inn not being responsible for cars that are parked there. Definitely will not stay here again and I will be careful about staying at any other Red Roof Inn in the future.

We did not know we had to pay a deposit before checking in. We paid for the hotel ahead of time. We have never pay a deposit before in any hotel including Red Roof. I'm afraid I am not getting my deposit back. I paid over 600 dollars. The hotel was under construction. There was no continental breakfast either. It look unsafe the surroundings of the hotel.

Never got to get the room here they had us waiting for three hours to only tell us that they didn’t have enough rooms and they weren’t gonna refund the money because we went through Hotels.com. It’s made me never want to use this site again they said the only way to get a refund is to call the hotel which clearly wasn’t gonna happen because they told us they weren’t gonna refund us. Do not go to this hotel and if you’re using the site definitely get the insurance because this is the second time I haven’t got my refund and it’s not right.
