We loved the golf carts taking us up and down the mountain. The staff was so polite and helpful. We completely enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back.

a $39 resort fee is outrageous. One restaurant has almost no choice and the 2nd restaurant is fine dining, reservations required, nobody at the hotel. The rooms are old, dingy, the fitness room is small, dark and cramped. all the staff indicates they want to help, but I made 3 request and received NO service. I got a late check out and meanwhile 2 service members knocked on my doe inquiring when I was leaving. Maybe a good resort if you are a golfer, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

There were good things about staying at this hotel. However, that has pretty much been wiped out by the incompetence of the staff in sending me my final email for checkout. All I wanna know is why I was charged what I was charged. I have requested they send the invoice to me four times now they keep saying there’s something wrong with the email address I gave them. But they identified that they typed in the email address wrong. They now know they’ve been using the wrong email address but they won’t resend it again to the correct email address without me calling and talking to somebody. You’ve got to be kidding me

Traveled with family stayed for a week. This place was Amazing, from all the pools, hot tubs, our view, multiple restaurants, Mountain Views, to friendly service. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay:). It did start getting noisy and busy the day we left. Would Highly recommend this place.

I loved the service. Everyone was kind and helpful. But I felt like this hotel wasn't what I expect when I booked. The ouside of the buildings were old. Inside was a bit dusty in the wood blinds. There was a stain on the bedding. The conditioner was already out before I used it in the very first day. The shower curtain kept detached which was very uncomfortable while showering. The showrt velve didn't work very fine. Except that everything was fine but I wouldn't say it was the best staying considering the price and advertisment from the hotel itself.
