While the property offers tons of amenities, and our room was spacious, we we’re dissatisfied with the lack of service and also because of the layout of the property, it was very difficult to get around due to all the hills and parking was very limited. We had our one year old baby and didn’t realize there were not elevators to get to our floor. Hiking the baby and the stroller up and down the stairs anytime we left our room was less than ideal. Maid never bothered making our bed even once during our 3 day staff. Carpets in room were a bit gross, they needed deep shampoo or replacement. We also found a very large cockroach (thankfully on day we were checking out). We had booked reservations at one of the restaurants for dinner but walked around the resort for 30 minutes, pushing a stroller up and down hills and still couldn’t find it. No sidewalks so also please be careful if walking around to pools or lobby with young children. We likely won’t be back.

Loved the outdoor areas for relaxing and sun! Pools were wonderful and lots of happy families enjoying! Due to the holiday the food was limited and they were short staffed at both Starbucks and the pool cafe but everyone was very friendly and apologetic. Loved the hiking trails and the Falls were gorgeous! Our room was good though the tub area was in need of a remodel. Will definitely come here again!!
