There is no reception personnel. The hotel forces customer to upload the sensitive security information online. Also, the hotel charged me $10 parking fee which is not posted on their website. The breakfast provided by the hotel is only one pice of wafer and coffee.

No staff on site to answer any questions about the hotel. It is an automatic check-in that was not helpful at all. Had to place several calls to get anything done.

Had to cancel death in family, no actual personal contact, was so inhumane , I called hotel to cancel, I replied to Expedia with our cancellation due to death in family, and no consideration just automated nonsense very disappointed.

They don’t tell you until you get there that. It’s $10 a day to park which is ridiculous and if you want towels, that’s another $10. If you want your room cleaned it’s $35. Breakfast is a joke and there was no breakfast at all on Monday. Several people were looking for coffee and there was NONE. Won’t come back and won’t recommend it to anyone. The biggest complaint is there is not a real live person anywhere to be found that you can communicate with:( Room and grounds were nice.

I had read some of the reviews that criticize different things about check-in or what was available. But I found it perfectly good for the amount that we paid. It was comfortable and clean. It was an older building, but everything on our stay was fine. I would recommend this place.

It's in an area that I would describe as ghetto, when I pulled into the property there was an older white model ford truck in a parking space with a seedy looking woman in a short skirt leaning over the passenger side door! That was enough to make me want to turn around and leave, the check in process was ridiculous and no front desk person plus the owner of the hotel was onsite when I had a issue with parking that he did not want to resolve, and if that didn't make matters worse I was charge for the whole stay when I left within a few hours after arriving because I did not feel safe, and the whole experience was horrible.

The grounds were truly very beautiful. Well maintained and very neat and clean. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. Beds were roomy, clean and very comfortable Breakfast was questionable. There were some under ripe pears and coffee. My only real complaint was the codes to get in. For an elderly person like myself it was very user unfriendly. Complicated and goodness sake if you forgot your phone with the codes on them you were in trouble. Fees for parking was also unreasonable. Other than that I had a most restful and quiet stay and would definitely come again.

The property itself was great. It had a nice ambiance. The bar ,lobby, restaurant and outside area was great as well. The problem I had was that parking was not free as well as housekeeping. I get not having people on site to check in to save money.

When I got to the hotel, the room was muggy and humid. And my bedsheets were also a little wet and I’m not sure if it was from them not trying it all the way or it was because the room was humid. Other than that room was clean but did have a wet smell.

You have to pay for parking and it is not in a safe location. It is alley. They assign you a spot and when you arrive someone is parked in your location aside from the spot being really far from the room. They did not assign a location close to the assigned room.

This is a beautiful hotel in very nice are (especially if you plan to stay multiple days). Everything in the room is great. As a person who is not very advance in modern "remote business through messages and web" model, I had trouble with check-in, because there is no reception/person in the hotel. This is why my overall experience is not 5-star.
