House Rules:

Although there is a pool fence, never leave small children in the backyard unattended. Make sure to lock doors with access to the back patio when small children are present to prevent them from accessing the enclosed patio area.

Tempe, AZ quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m

This is a self-check in property that uses a door code with a keypad for entry. By booking, guests confirm they have the ability to follow the self check in instructions provided upon booking to enter the property without onsite assistance.

Please have pets only pee or poop in the front yard, not in the backyard and pickup their waste after. Pets must be well trained, meaning they won't damage furniture or the house beyond normal wear and tear, they won't have potty accidents inside the house, and they won't disturb or harm neighbors.

No smoking cigarettes, marijuana or vaping in the house. If a guest smokes in the house during their stay, a fee of $200 per night is assessed for damage and additional cleaning.

Check out is at 10am unless given permission by owner for later check out. Guests are responsible for a $50 fee if checking out more than 30 minutes late. If checking out more than 2 hours late, the guest is responsible to pay for that day's booking rate plus any refunds to the guest checking in that day due. Any trip extensions (trip extension is defined as booking the property for additional days beyond the original booking dates) must be confirmed with the host. Paying late check out charges does not grant a trip extension. Trip extensions must be requested at least one day before check out in order to confirm availability.

There are three cameras. One is above the garage facing towards the street, another is in the garage door opener facing towards the garage door, and the last is in the Ring doorbell by the front door, facing the driveway. There is also a Minut audio level monitoring device inside the house in the hallway. This does not record any audio whatsoever, but is used to deter large gatherings at the house by letting us know if the volume is excessive for a prolonged period of time (above 75db for 10 minutes or more during quiet hours). The Ecobee thermostat has an Alexa built into it, but it has been disabled to prevent any audio recording.

No on street parking directly in front of house - use garage, driveway, and RV parking on side of house as needed.

Great place to relax and play!

Girls Weekend Stay
We had 5 women stay here for our annual girls weekend and had plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, cute decor, very comfortable and clean. The only downside was the shortage of linens (need more pool towels, dish towels and throw blankets).

Great Location, but could use more cleaning & supplies
I stayed at this house over 7 days with my family of 5 (3 young kids) and some extended family with a 2 yr old. There were 8 of us and we didnt have enough bath or pool towels, so we were frequently doing laundry. I also had to purchase more towels myself. The hot tub and fire places (both inside & outside) needed cleaned. The floors didnt seem very clean either, and if you looked up, a lot of the vents needed dusted/cleaned. As a mom with young kids, cleanliness and daily supplies (like bath towels) are essential. The location was great as we were driving to different places to explore, but there was a lot of your typical city noise (emergency vehicles, next door dog barking, street crossing beeping, etc) - so don't book this house if you want peace and quiet. The host did a great job responding to me during our visit but after he sent the check out message, he ghosted me and never responded to my questions. We don't plan to stay here again.

The property is wonderful. Everything you need for a fun trip! Well-stocked kitchen & every amenity you could need. Lots of leftover condiments, sunscreen, etc so check in before you hit the store! Only downfall is the noise from the very busy road that you are on. Bus stop is literally right beside the backyard & you can hear the beep of the crosswalk. Great hot tub & pool make up for a lot of it however if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay this may not be for you.

Peaceful Getaway from home
Walked in to a clean and nicely done home. We took full advantage of some of the games in the backyard and were in and out of the pool often. The living room TV was of good size and quality. Chairs were comfy everywhere. We initially were scared about making too much noise, but quickly realized the level of noise you'd have to make to hit above 75db is a lot higher then a couple of guys can make listening to music and talking. Overall an extremely enjoyable time in the sun!

This property was beautiful! The location was great. So many things near the property so you don't have to drive so far. The only thing is it's right next to a main street so you can literally hear the beeping of the crosswalk from the street light. But the house was so comfortable and beautiful that it made it worth it!! The property manager was very quick to answer any questions. The check in and check out process was very easy. Thanks for a great day! We'd definitely stay there again.

A perfect spot
Booked this for a family get together. Seven us flew in to visit my daughter and her family. This place was beautiful and well stocked. Everything you need was there. The property was just as described and turned out to be a great place for our family from different states to meet and spend time together and attend ASU graduation. The leisure activities the house offers are wonderful, including foosball, putting green, pool, jacuzzi, barbeque, and fire pit to sit by in the evenings and a large table for eating and playing games. communication with the host, Andrew, was great! He allowed an early check-in and extended check-out to accomodate our flight schedule and promptly replied to my emails/texts before arrival and while we were in AZ! Location is convenient to restaurants, stores, hiking, and a walking path. Would definitely recommend to others!

In the middle of it all!
We loved the open layout and beautiful decorating of this Tempe home. The pool was well-liked by the kids and the adults enjoyed the therapeutics of the hot tub on several occasions. The beds were all very comfortable and two full baths make for a man enjoyable family experience. The host was excellent, very caring and communicative. They keep a very clean and beautiful property with many extras not typically seen in a rental property. The location is nicely centered for trips to the metro Phoenix area. There are also grocery stores, restaurants and a Baskin Robbins all with 2 blocks, very easy to walk to. It was a great place for a week for our family.
