Nestled in a pleasant neighborhood, the home is minutes away from the Phoenix-Goodyear Airport, Festival Fields Park, Loma Linda Park, Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and world-renowned golf courses.

When you need to take a break from the sun, the interior of your stay is constantly cooled by central air-conditioning. The sizable living room boasts a smart TV and comfortable seating. The adjacent full kitchen positively gleams with granite countertops, gorgeous wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Simply decorated with soft linens and ample storage space, the bedrooms ensure a good night's rest each evening. A private washer/dryer, full house water softener system, reserve osmosis system, and internet access tie together the marvelous interior amenities.
