Welcome to the Villages North Condo set in a wonderful gated community in North Scottsdale. Golf, tennis, shopping, hiking, and more all right out your door. The community heated pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills are steps away from this condo patio.

This beautiful condo has been recently renovated and is furnished with comforting decor throughout. The living room is suited with an oversized sectional sofa centered in front of a large Smart TV with streaming capabilities. The open floorplan allows views of the 6 person dining room ensemble and the upgraded kitchen. In the kitchen area, you will also find a cozy nook furnished with a student desk for a space to work from home or just catch up on your daily emails and news in front of your laptop.

The split floorplan allows privacy for all guests. Both bedrooms are furnished with plush king-size beds and quality linens. The master en suite bath has his and her vanities and a walk-in shower. Enjoy privacy and direct access to the patio which overlooks the community pool.

**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 days ($5 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

Winter Escape 2023
Location is perfect for access to golf, hiking, shopping and restaurants. Very quiet and 1st floor with great parking. Beds super comfortable. One of the cleanest rentals we have ever been in. Opportunities to improve are: softer lighting in living room, additional chair and end tables in living area(with a lamp), update washer and dryer (washer didn’t work for 10days of our 51 day stay). Give guests a fob for gated entry. Provide cleaning supplies, a dust mop would have been nice, and a few more kitchen items(plates, cups etc). Unit only has a Kierig. We brought our own drip coffee maker. We drink a lot of coffee and kierig is expensive. Addressing these opportunities would greatly enhance the comfort of a long stay.
