I arrived and the front desk person was outside flirting with a cab driver… i waited 3/5 minutes for them to come in and help but not before she started cleaning the window in the office. The room was filled with burn marks and dirty towels.

The staff including the cleaning ladies and front desk clerks were very polite very nice very professional they were very pleasant to be around and to talk to you and when you needed something they were more quickly to help you very quickly they were awesome I-5

I was given 3 different rooms finally the third one was given was okay. This is definitely a get what you pay for property… However the first room was dirty, almost as if someone was still staying in it, dirty towels on the ground, bed not made, smelled bad! The second on was about 85° inside and no working A/C or fan!
