It wasn’t a favorable stay. We appreciated the size of the house, it’s very spacious. However, the once trendy home is bagging for much needed attention. The middle guest bathroom door is falling off the hinges, we tightened the hinges to get us through the stay. The (duo mini master bath)sink is falling off the wall, the other single back bedroom dresser is falling apart, the couch nearest to the kitchen fell apart with a guest somewhat trapped in the couch, the other couch is layered with food in between the heavy soiled cushions. The trash drawer in the kitchen has food and other debris under the cans, the master toilet is loose and wobbling. The majority of the Ikea furniture is falling apart, the entire flooring and most of its planks are damaged and unraveling causing tripping concerns.
We lost a bracelet under one of the beds and search under the bed to retrieve it and found a plethora of dust, trash and other unmentionables. Lastly, the advertisement of a heated pool did not mention that we must call 24hrs ahead to have it heated at our costs.
Please know we’re savvy travelers that understands every homes has some concerns. However, this is the first time we ran across a home with multiple issues. How would you suggest we go about addressing the concerns our unsatisfactory stay. We did not get what we paid for.
