Room for everyone
The house has a great setup for entertainment with plenty of room for multiple families. They thought of everything for your stay to be comfortable. Neighborhood is completely gated and safe. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Summer Reunion 2024
Family from CA, MO, and AZ on e again collected this time in the sweltering hot Valley of the Sun, to reminisce, laugh, play, and memorialize good times. The venue was caught by review of VRBO options for the time period and approximate “ideal” location. We spotted this one and never looked back. It’s ideal in every respect, size, price, accommodation, amenities, access, and community. The host was attentive and timely. He knows the business and that property! Well done! Hopefully, we might find ourselves looking to return for a follow-up visot!

This house has it all
The house was spacious and allowed for plenty of room. Each bed was comfortable. We loved being in the backyard and playing the yard games. The outdoor kitchen is phenomenal!! Will rent again.

Fabulous Family Getaway
We had a fantastic time. The hot tub was well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool (despite not having the heater!) and the adults enjoyed the grill. The kitchen was well stocked for making dinner. Each room with a smart tv! The theater room has a massive comfy couch that everyone was able to enjoy! Family games everywhere including outdoor and indoor jenga :). We had so much fun! Quiet neighborhood. Five minute drive to a sweet sunset hike called Calderwood Butte Trail. It’s fairly moderate and rocky but we really loved the sunset from the top! We also did UTVs with Arizona Outdoor Fun which was about 30mins north- great to experience the landscape. Wildlife zoo was a great suggestion by the host (30ish min ride)! The African “safari” was so fun for the kids! Butterfly Wonderland and OdySea Aquarium (40minutes away) were so cool. Beware a bit with young kids! We were a bit anxious with the tile stairs and unfenced pool; but all wild toddlers managed to not get injured ;)

The house was very clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked (e.g. dinnerware, flatware, soap, paper towels, toilet paper and lots and lots and lots of towels) The towels were a huge bonus. The house does sleep 14 and it is stocked and equipped for 14 +. The Viking oven worked so well, and we used the BBQ a lot. Lots of seating throughout the house. We were in Arizona in June, and it was extremely hot. The air conditioner worked perfectly and kept us cool while we were in the house. Kyle said he strives for a 5-star experience, and we felt that this property and it's owners deliver that 5-star experience.

We enjoyed every minute of our family of 13 stay in this house. The pictures are accurate except that everything was even bigger & better. The house is lovely & very roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed including an electric griddle, crock pot, pots & pans, all kinds of dishes, etc. Plenty of room for our whole family. Definitely The backyard & pool area are fantastic - even a diving board & a deep end. We enjoyed the hot tub, gazebo, and lounging areas. Plenty of room for cornhole, bocci ball, putting, etc. Communication with the owner was effortless & prompt. Just couldn’t ask for a better place to vacation! Also,very close to a really nice grocery. Definitely 5 star!

Stunning Vacation Home with Every Amenity
This was a stunning vacation home with every amenity you can think of. Everything was clean and well taken care of, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and bedrooms were stylish and comfy. Fantastic property
I booked this home for a client appreciation getaway. We had tickets for the Seahawks baseball Cardinals game at State Farm which was only 20 mins away, played 2 rounds of golf again only 15-20 mins away. The house was spotless upon arrival, Kyle was fantastic to work with and extremely communicative. I highly recommend this and will for sure be utilizing Kyle and his team for future stays in the Phoenix area.
