Paid in advance, checked in online. Arrived got keys to my room someone with same last name was already in that room. Front desk gave me a new room. Next morning went to take a shower curtain bar was falling off so I had great trouble taking a shower which caused me to be late to the event I was there for because I had to get a different room before I left. I checked out and heading to my next destination to find out I had been charged double because of the room changes. I called and they told me they were reversing the charges but to call to make sure it went through. To much effort for a pleasure trip

Excellent Tennis Stay
Stayed here for a tennis tournament at Scottsdale Ranch and Indian School Park. About 10 mile to PHX Sky Harbor right on the 101 but set back so noise does not affect you. Only location issue is if you want to go left on Shea, there is a back route you have to take to do so, otherwise you are caught going over the freeway to circle back. Plenty of parking and quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby and grocery shopping. Circle K and Chick Fil A right next to hotel. Property is clean and well maintained. My room was very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Towels were plush for this price range. Ventilation in the bathroom (plus for me), good water pressure and ample hot water was a plus. Breakfast was very basic...make your own waffles, toast and sausage. Eggs limited to hard boiled. Good coffee and juice.

It was just fine until I found out that breakfast was only from 7:00 to 9:00am. They had two bins of link sausage but no scrambled eggs. The only napkins were cocktail napkins. Flimsy cereal bowls. No bananas. The desk clerk on Nov 11 at 9:00am was in the back room typing into her phone unaware that there was a gentleman waiting for her.

Great room, sad breakfast
Nice room with an excellent king bed and great pillows. Friendly informative staff . Beautiful large patio area and ample safe parking. The only negative for me was that I thought the free breakfast was kind of lame compared to other hotels of this quality.

Typical Interstate Hotel facility. But, everything inside felt new. Well located. Food service was not next to, it was the lobby. The bath tube had a curved bottom which was rounded and difficult to stand on.

Very nice. Everyone was pleasant to talk too. Got extra coffee for the room. Glad I brought my own toiletries. I really liked the location. Pool was nice Hot Tub was fun. Met some nice people staying there. Will return next time I'm in Scottsdale AZ. Breakfast was OK. No hot eggs only pork sausages and waffles. They did have hard boiled eggs, muffins, & yogurt along with fresh brewed coffee.
