We stayed at the property to attend an ASU football game as fans of a visiting team. The location was excellent with great food options in all directions that were very walkable. I thought the staff could have been a little better at check-in (we arrived at the property at 3 am so they may not have been used to arriving guests).

I stayed with a friend for the BYU vs ASU football game. The location was perfect; walking distance to the stadium (as well as the hockey and basketball arenas), and close to a light rail stop as well. The property was neat and clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful. They serve a free full breakfast every morning that is delicious! While the rates are pricey and you have to pay extra for parking, this is *the best* lodging option for anyone traveling to the area to attend an ASU event.

Location was perfect for walking to college football game. Staff was friendly and professional. Hallway floors needed more attention. Public transit was noisy and interrupted sleep. Breakfast was nothing special, best part was cold milk. We would stay there again for Football game because of location.

Don't stay there when ASU has a football game;
The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, don't stay there when ASU is having a game. Traffic was so bad the streets were blocked off and we had great difficulty reaching the hotel, several times. What a nightmare!
