This Location was everything, close to all the sports venue Grocery store and CVS The dinning experience was awesome drinks was a little expensive but ok it's the price around that area. Two thumbs up.

Great hotel, awful (really awful) staff
We visited Phoenix to celebrate our anniversary and attend an event that was going on in downtown, this hotel was a part of that event and an excellent location for walking around the area. Unfortunately, despite the hotels many highlights, the staff was absolutely not one of them and consistently left us baffled at their lack of professionalism and general attitude. Upon checking in we were not acknowledged until we made a point to gain their attention and there were other staff gossiping amongst themselves as we checked in with one of the staff. After we got our room (which was a great room) we came back downstairs to get a drink at the bar as part of starting the event we were attending and the staff again made us feel like we were inconveniencing them using their facility. We left the hotel to continue on in the event and found getting around town on foot to be very walkable and with a lot to offer for entertainment. At the end of the day when we arrived back at the hotel, we tried to get a nightcap to cheers our anniversary only to find the restaurant bar staff (different people than earlier) again sharply dismiss us saying the “kitchen was closing in 30 min” with an unprompted attitude then realizing we were only there for a glass of wine. We got the two glasses and headed to the room. While I would say this location and its condition were of high quality, the manner we were treated by staff completely soured the whole experience. Service makes a difference!
