I wish I could share photos so that you can really visualize the place. The shower knob was broken, so I couldn’t turn on the water. There was no trash bin in the room or bathroom. There was no blanket or comforter, just a thin, white sheet. The mattress was about 2.5”-3” thick and the metal bed frame was very unsturdy.

The pictures are deceiving. The property is rundown and the cabinets are broken. The walls are dirty. Highly recommend not staying here. We would have cancelled but there is a sign that says no refunds without management approval. Our room did not have bugs but our friend’s room did. I would suggest choosing a different hotel. We will not be returning.

AWFUL
This experience was awful. I was in PHX for an family event. I booked the hotel from my location that said it was 4 miles away... ended up being 12 miles away. Then got to the hotel about 10:30 to check in (mind you I had a confirmation email and number and 11 was the latest you could check in) to have the clerk tell me they were booked and i could not check in!! Never got a cancelation email or call. I drove 20 min out of the way to go to this hotel to be turned away. At this point it was 11 in the evening. I could not find a hotel to stay in since the check in time was already so late. I ended up canceling the rest of our trip to turn around and go back home a THREE hour drive with my two young children. Got home at two in the morning. I have never experience such unprofessionalism. No sorry for the miscommunication NOTHING beyond upsetting.

The room was run down frig broken curtains had holes bed old box spring type outside dirty has been up kept in tears homeless destroyed outside sanitation huge problem rooms run down nasty actual got another room elsewhere unless your homeless and like dirty don’t stay there online photos lying to you

Not clean, walls, shower curtain were stained, looked as if the bathroom door had been patched, paint splatters on floor, floor was dirty and coming up in places, no blanket provided only a sheet on the bed. Room smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. No trash can in the room. The bathroom faucet needed to be propped up in order for the water to come out of the shower head. It looked like people were living in their cars in the parking lot. No one at the front desk at check in.

My room was horrendous, floors were dirty, tub and counter stained and no shower curtain, not to mention no remote for the TV. The room was also not made up during the day, so no clean towels

When I walked in the room, the room looked like it had been ransacked not clean definitely not safe area. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The pictures from hotel.com are inaccurate for the Description of the room.

Take it or leave it.
The room itself was clean with amenities.but there was multiple roaches crawling day and night, no hot water in shower, unable to get front desk on the phone unless walked to the office. Code system on door was a great feature for saftey. Billing issue was a nightmare to resolve.
