I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy. Rooms smell like cig smoke, rooms are DIRTY the bathtub is filthy! I mean gross. Second room was worse so I ran back to first room with cig burns etc!

This is a nice play to stay and you can't beat the price !! It's very clean and the room is a good size. It's in a convenient location, not too good for walking since it's located on the access road off the highway but if you have a car or can Uber then everything you need is right around you as far as food shopping, dining out or pretty much anything else you need including the light rail and transit center. The staff is awesome too, everyone is really nice and down to earth!

DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT!
DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT!! I was delayed due to traffic and attempted to call the property. I was unable to get through to someone until 20 mins after check in time. The rep informed me that they cancelled my reservation and claimed to have tried to contact me which they did NOT. i was told they would give me back my money since they cancelled my reservation. I was one of 3 other people trying to check in and could not get into the lobby. Mind you, when I called the prompt recording stated the office is open 24/7. So I had to try and find something late at night with my two kids. The next morning very early I contacted the property to check into the room I originally reserved and was not only told they cancelled my reservation and could not allow me to check in, but that they didn't even reserve the correct room for me if I had been able to check in the night before. I reserved a two bedroom and they were going to check me into a 1 bed king room. This associate also said I would be able to get a refund through hotels.com. I then started the refund process through hotels.com and the hotel denied my refund. They lied about everything including admitting that they didn't even reserve the correct room type for me. This hotel is shady and unprofessional. Do not give them your money! Stay somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

Arrived in the looby to find other parties standing in line for towels. I had a reservation through Expedia and was told that could not be possible as the property was full(a Nascar event in Phoenix that weekend). I called Expedia back, who said they would get the reservation approved, and, after many questions, clerk left the front desk saying he guessed the room was ready. While the sign behind the desk said the property had a no pets policy, en route to my room I passed a couple with 2 Pit Bulls, and, another couple with 2 Dobermans. I looked upstairs to check the location of the room, it was next to a window decorated with Christmas lights and Sanat wrapping covering the front door. I got upstairs to find this door open with a number of people partying inside the unit. The draperies were open to the door I opened, the unit's bed had not been made, there were not any towels, and, the dining room chairs were atop the table.I saw both a private security and police car circling the property on my way back to the office to say I could not stay there. Also, very noisey as property on a frontage road next to the what appeared to be 10 lane Black Canyon expressway.

One of the top two worst rooms I have ever stayed in. On arrival no towels, no waste basket, wall had a 4' by 6' chunk of drywall missing, TV had no remote control, outside concrete walkways were incredibly dirty and just overall very rough place. We pushed our suitcases behind front door as it looked like it had been previously been smashed. Would never stay there again!

When I got there they said that they had no more rooms because they gave mines to someone else… I got a room with no locking door… no towels in the bathroom no covers on the bed… there was a fight outside and screaming all night… There was roaches in the room…. Mold in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder, the soap holder in the shower was broken and the shower had no pressure…. I want a refund…

Had roaches in the room. Lights not working. And had no towels to use in the room. 1st night went without taking a shower. 2 nd day after asking several times still didn't get any towels . At 8 pm went and bought myself a towel and then showed to leave next day.
