Could be cleaner, there were spots on the wall, bed, and couch, and bathroom wasn’t really clean. I had to ask for another room because I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in a dirty room. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Handicap parking was roped off for reservations and we couldn’t park near the front entrance. There was confusion about the free breakfast versus the $15 option. I had to look up my reservation to prove we had the free option and show it to the waitress before she told me where the free breakfast was. She didn’t charge us but would have if I had not shown the reservation to her.

You have to go to the Hilton hotel NEXT door to check in. No one was at the front desk, so waited 10 minutes. Then you go back to Home Suites 2 and there is no staff there except house keeping. Our room smelled like the sewage was coming up from the bathroom drains. We will never stay there again.
