Difficult Trip
The room itself was nice but the hotel is oddly set up and on the backside of the Footprints Center. Be aware that the only parking available is an additional $45 per night. It is in the information provided by the hotel but should be more prominent. The next closest parking garage is several blocks away in a not great part of downtown. The hotel is walkable to downtown in daylight but again it’s on the backside of the Footprint Center so a little iffy at night. Also check if the Suns are playing the day of your reservation. If they are playing all roads to the hotel will be closed until well after the game is over. You will have to find street parking and walk to the hotel check in and then go back and bring your car to the valet. Again the hotel is nice and the staff was very nice even though I was grumpy. I’m just not sure it’s worth the trouble.

No free parking , cost me 45 dollars to use valet, tried to use the laundry room and front counter had no change and tried to send me to fry’s at midnight for change. Front desk kid went right back to his phone during the conversation.

Our stay was sort of confusing to get to since the Phoenix Suns was playing, so that wasn't great. However, when we did show up the valet was great at helping us to get in and checked in. The room was LARGE and amazing. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was clean and so were the baseboards. The only complaint was that I couldn't drink my coffee in the morning due to bad creamer being left in my room.

The cleanest, affordable and centered to all downtown areas and update to style! Although our stay was just two nights, no parking it was just expensive valet parking. They were charging a bit more and I really didn’t see any parking at the back and the only other thing I would say the microwave was not working. We try to heat it up one thing we had and called the front desk. They weren’t able to help, but other than that this is the best stay!
