I was very impressed by how nice and clean and new the rooms were at the Home2Suites in Scottsdale. I shared a room with a friend and she and I had so much space to put everything that we brought with us which was a lot. It made the place feel like home. Also, it was very enjoyable to be able to go down to the hot breakfast buffet each morning which was delicious. I wanted to acknowledge Wendy and Zander since they were outstanding representatives of the hotel at the front desk. They were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with each time I called ahead with questions about the hotel.

Check in experience was lack luster. The guy barely made eye contact, wasn’t friendly and passed my room key and waters to me. Breakfast are looked pretty rough. Didn’t see anyone working there. Most food was gone by 9am. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable

They don't clean the room daily
I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights. Of those, they didn't clean the room for 5 days. I reported it 3 times at reception and they only gave me one apology. They didn't solve the problem, so they left us without towels, with the bed unmade and of course with the bathroom dirty. The hotel is new,

Very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The blackout curtains really do blackout. If you want it a bit quieter stay on the back end of the hotel as you could hear people talking outside in front of the hotel - didn't bother us, but something to note.
