Great Hotel Some employees left a lot to be desir
The hotel was great. I enjoyed breakfast at the connected restaurant. The negatives were 1. The front desk wouldn’t make change for a $20. Said they don’t give change. How am I supposed to tip if I don’t have ones 2. The room service was terrible. I was here 4 nights. In the bathroom the toilet and sink were never cleaned. In the room they didn’t sweep the floors. When they emptied the trash can they didn’t even open a new bag 3. The food was good at the restaurant but the staff lacked service orientation. They were at times curt and didn’t seem interested in providing good service not all staff were that way but 1 bad egg made the biggest impression.

We were on the fourth floor and we heard noise from the road and music from downstairs. Cost of potential extras should be returned immediately not have to wait 3-5 days.

I wish there had been a bathroom fan! Our stay was amazing otherwise. I wish we could have had two queens instead of a king bed but we made it work just fine. If the mirror in the entry hall had been hinged on the right or left side we could have had a view of our back hairdo/clothing.

Good stay
We've stayed here before and it was good but this time we had a south end room and it was noisy up to 11pm-12am from the road noises and then it quieted down after that. Nice hotel and a good location just a bit noisy this go around. East and south rooms face Top Golf and the 101, north and north west rooms are near the restaurant which get noisy since they have outdoor seating areas.

the housekeeping was inconsistent. We stayed 7 nights, and we had housekeeping services twice ( I think) I anticipated daily for trash, making the bed, and vacuum.
