Very fast checkin. Each staff we spoke with was warm, friendly and outgoing. We emailed a request for 2 extra pillows which was acknowledged in an email. Two extra pillows awaited us in our first floor room, maybe 50 feet from the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was above average and both decaffeinated and regular coffees were quite good.. Nice firm bed. Makeup removers for those in need. A friendly note stating that if we forgot some of our essentials, call the front desk and they'll bring it promptly. Plentiful free parking. Beware the luggage carts because the are falling apart. Literally. We will return.

The dirt parking lot was very helpful although I don't know how long it will be there. The bathroom could have been a little cleanier. The staff was very nice from the check in to the breakfast area which was very refreshing.
