Tommy at the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. I called sat to let them know I was checking in late on Sunday. Even left a message at the property stating I would be showing up late please don’t cancel or mark as a no show. When I showed up at 2am Tommy couldn’t find it even though I showed him my reservation and Confirmation an# And I had to go to another hotel. Then 1 hour later got a call from management saying they have my room available sorry even though I paid for another hotel for the week.

It's a nice hotel. Unfortunately, I was on the bottom floor, facing the freeway or whatever that major road is outside. Room was loud, and the walls seem paper thin. But the bed was comfortable, and the dining options within walking distance are very good.

The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good, but for the Mountain was paid for this room for three nights, took my grandkids to the pool. The pool was disgustingly dirty with all kinds of dirt at the bottom of it and foggy water the spa when we turned it on, it was green at the beginning and then it just had dirty foam bubbles with dirt in it and needed to have a deer in it. It did not smell any kind of chemicals. I have a rash on my leg from getting in it and I’m still, trying to get it to go away. Going to see my doctor soon and tell him what happened.

This area is perfect because of all of the food options nearby. The hotel staff is very accommodating and the rooms are clean. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location and I have no complaints. The room amenities to the breakfast are perfect.

The property itself as well as staff were great however around 230am new guests arrived nextdoor and fights banging screeming began. I contacted the front desk and the police was called. For us however it was too late, we were only spending the night in order to get a good rest before continuing our travel. We were so rudely awoken we just decided to checkout before more craziness took place. Need to get credit for this stay!

The staff was amazing! They were very pleasant and accommodated anything we needed. My complaint is the noise in the room when the AC kicked on. They supplied ear plugs but that is inconvenient when alarms have to be set. My first night there I did not get any sleep. During my stay I opted out of house keeping for the first few days but then I requested it and never got it. They only supply two bath towels, two hand towels and two wash cloths. I had to ask for more towels since they did not make up the room the one day I asked for it, I had to go and ask for toilet paper. Lastly, I was looking forward to going for a swim but when I saw the pool I decided against it as it was green looking. I did not feel comfortable getting in.
