The location was very convenient. I would like to see more security patrolling the parking lot. Sometimes the breakfast area was kept very clean and sometimes not. I do appreciate that our room was upgraded to a suite. Overall, the staff was very friendly.

The TV (cable service) was not working. When I called the front desk, I was told they were working on it. The next night TV was still not working. Third night was after to move to another room, it was the last night there so it wasn’t worth it to pack and move to another room. It would’ve been nice to come to the room and be able to relax and watch movie or Netflix after a long day. Went to the front desk and ask if they could do something for me they offer a 20% discount on the whole stay, but I have not been able to verify if I get the discount or not since I booked through Hotels.com.

The actual property inside is clean and relatively new. As I was unfamiliar with the surrounding area, I did not consider it safe for a stroll. It became apparent that there is a prominent unhoused population in the area. The City will need to address this, even providing portable toilet facilities in the area, so people do not use the immediate surrounding hotel property for waste excretion.
