I will definitely be back
I always have a great stay here. The staff is always accommodating and working on keeping the property clean. The only thing I can say that could use an improvement is the room doors seem to slam shut in the hallways. I do like to recycle and I don't remember seeing any recycling bins.

Breakfast worker was definitely not a happy camper…she was telling everyone it was her last day….no wonder. Also am used to automatic room service. It was a good thing that when stopping a cleaning person to ask for more towels, she let me know I had to ask.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me with setting up an IGH account and reserving my next upcoming stayand the staff keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean are amazing. I am a Mayo clinic patient so having a stress-free stay is very important.

When we checked in the front desk person was not friendly. We had a son at the Mayo Clinic and needed a second night stay. The same person was at the front desk and just told us no rooms available. He did not even offer other locations. He was just down right rude.
