Great stay. My only complaint: no bath and you have to get into the shower to turn it on. Then you can adjust the temp. Not well thought out at all.

We drove into Phoenix in a rental car and called to get a room and be picked up at the airport by your shuttle driver Frank, he was very nice and helpful as was all the staff. The room was great and the food and sports bar was perfect after a long day.

I was surprised to be charged $10 parking fees when we checked in. We actually parked at the lot that did not have mobil public sign. and when we booked the hotel, I was never told that there is a $10 parking fees. very disappointed.

My stay would have been fine, except the shower temp couldn't be adjusted. It was either cold or scalding. I reported it in the morning and couldn't shower because I couldn't wait for service due to having to leave for work. I hadcto take a sponge bath using the sink. I texted back and forth with the hotel and I was told someone would call me. No one did. I got back to the hotel around 5:00 p.m. Nothing had been done. When I reported it to the front desk, they got someone to work on it. At about 8:30 p.m., it was fixed. However, the bathroom floor was dirty with dirty towels on it. The toilet seat and the lid were wet and the towel hook was dangling from the wall. Another issue was the poor service in the restaurant. I mentioned to a server that one of the seats at our table was wet. After asking three or four times to deal with it, we had to exchange it out with another chair ourselves. The service was extremely slow and the food was average. At a time when I really needed to get some sleep, I wasn't able to because of the slow response regarding the shower and dinner taking far too long to be served.

We only stayed for one night, and it was an absolute disaster! The sink, bathtub, and toilet were all clogged. When we woke up in the morning, a terrible smell hit us, and I was horrified to find the bathtub filled with dirt and stinking water. The toilet was completely blocked! When I reported this to the front desk, the woman didn’t even bother to listen. It was clear she couldn’t care less about my experience at their hotel. The only thing she asked was why I didn’t request a room change! Seriously? When was I supposed to do that? Before checking out in the morning? Unbelievable!
