I have had good experience staying at Hilton hotel in the past. This time, i was diving from a long distance and was looking forward to a nice rest before my 10 hours drive home. Out of many hotels in the area, i choose to booked a room with Hilton Garden because of past present stayed. However, the night turned out to be the worse night. My room was directly above the pop-up bar that has loud music until midnight. I called the front desk around 11 pm and talked with Mack and he told me that it will be one more hour before the bar close and i asked for another room but he informed me that he has no more king bed room to move me to but he offered me a double beds room but I want to ask my wife whether she want to move or not. After we talked and i called the front dresk twice and both times no one picked up the phone. So we left it as that. It was horrible, unable to sleep. I wish that Mack who checked me in would informed me of the event and let me decide or put me in another room away from the bar but he didn't. I hope that the front desk staff would inform other guest immediately for something like that so that no one had to go through what i went through. It was horrible night for us!
