I was charged a service fee for parking even though I confirmed with the front desk that I did not have a car. Guess I will have to check out at the front desk at the Hampton Inns rather than trust that they will charge the right amount.

Great place to stay.. but wasn’t happy with being charged to park. It is getting so ridiculous now that you have to pay to park!! If I’m staying at that hotel.. parking should be free!!!

This is an older Hampton Inn. It could use some general maintenance ie: clean carpets in hallways. The only employee we saw at the desk anytime we went by was Eric. Everyone else would be in the office and come out when someone was standing at the desk. Check in and out was easy. If you’re a Hilton Honors member and book through Expedia you won’t get HH points. Since they are a cashless hotel anything you get at the amenities area will be charged to your room. We needed laundry detergent and fabric softener and couldn’t pay with cash. Overall a nice hotel that was in the middle of everything we wanted to do in Arizona
