The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars overall is that I did not know about the $150 incident deposit. It’s not an issue as much as having the knowledge while traveling is nice.

I went to this property on Thanksgiving night after booking through Expedia. They told me the room I pre-paid for didn’t have AC so they upgraded me to a suite. This room was so big and spacious and I was able to work from the desk in there the next morning, super friendly, beautiful hotel

Great hotel located near alot of things
I stayed at this hotel before the breakfast is really good. It’s located very well to a lot of things that are close. The only thing I don’t like is it’s has a $150 deposit which is a bit high. Most hotels are only 30 or $40 so I’m not sure why this one charges 150 other than that this is a great place

Walking distance to two different restaurants was convenient. Somewhat isolated but in new area that is being built-up. Close to freeway, but quiet area. Easy freeway access. Younger staff members at front desk could be more engaged with their customers.

Rooms were beautiful and clean, breakfast was great had a good selection. Hotel provided everything needed to shower however we had to take cold showers the last two days of our stay and the only thing they offered was to keep moving us from room to room. With the amount of money we spent for our hotel we at least expected to be able to take a warm shower. The AC unit also stopped working really good the first night…. Other than those two issues our stay was decent
