Anne and her team were incredible. The rooms were clean and the service from the front desk team was 5 Star quality. I usually stay at Marriott properties for work and personal, but now I will also look for Hyatt options. What a great stay and within walking distance to old town Scottsdale shops and restaurants.

Richard at the front desk was knowledgeable and very helpful. Easy check in. Love staying here it is very convenient for us and the two bedroom units are great. The rooms were clean, but are falling into some disrepair. The carpets have gotten very bad with stains and tears. The pool area and hot tub are very nice and breakfast is good.

The location in old town Scottsdale was easy and convenient. The hotel was nice..suggest cleaning carpets in rooms and adding a few more glasses and cups. Also recommend housekeeping pay attention to coffee supplies. Recommend a 4 star hotel upgrade the coffee in rooms to a better quality.
