Renovated older home, safe neighborhood.
Because its an older home the walls and floors are not straight/level but for the price it felt it was good value.

Phoenix Oasis
Location to my convention was accurate. The place was so relaxing, convenient to attractions like Grand Ave and Roosevelt St for 1st Friday events. Only a few minutes from a grocery store. If staying longer than 4 nights and plan to cook, bring your spices and storage containers (baggies). There were some storage containers, but mainly were large ones. Great place to stay.

Nice clean place in Downtown Phoenix
Nice spot for up to 6 people to enjoy. Comfortable beds, great appliances. Only downside was because it was in downtown Phoenix, we had to avoid the highways between 3-7pm otherwise we would be stuck in heavy traffic

Fantastic property and location
I came to Phoenix with a friend so we could both work remote and hike the rest of the time. This property was perfect! 2 places to work (an office in one bedroom and the living room) so we could have 2 private places if needed. The WiFi was perfect to support both people working online. The house is immaculate and beautiful. I love the full kitchen - pots, pans, cooking utensils, Tupperware, Keurig. I cook lightly on vacation so that's more than enough. The appliances work perfectly and cleaning supplies were available for laundry, dishes, shower. The location was amazing! Safe and quiet, close to the mountains and downtown. The host was available and responded promptly to my checking in. I will definitely recommend this property and return.
