Poor property management
When we entered the front door we I could immediately smell rotten trash, after looking in the garage we found that the outside trash cans were filled with rotten food, additionally there were 4 trash bags on the floor from overflow. We had to move the trash out I front of the house to try and mitigate the smell. It took 40 minutes on the phone with the 3rd party property management company and no resolution was provided until later the next day. Secondly the master bath has no window covering giving several neighbors direct view into the bathroom. Lastly the property is listed and shows a driveway for parking, it N doesn’t show the driveway is shared and if your truck doesn’t fit in the garage then you have other secure spaces to park
