Attached in-law suite with separate entrance has own patio facing onto beautiful back garden. Garden is quiet, and full of birdsong, despite being in the middle of the city. Lounge and dining areas in the unit look out over the garden, meaning you can enjoy the view even when the weather is too hot to sit outside. Dining table has 2 drop-down leaves so that it fits up in the corner when not in use to give plenty of floor space for your daily yoga or exercise routine. The view means its also a great place to get some work done if you're tired of sitting at the desk, or if there are two of you that need work space.
Queen Sealy mattress is very comfortable, and king topsheets and blankets mean there are always enough covers. Bamboo topsheets for summer, flannel for the winter.

There are share bikes 5 minute walk from the house, and the lightrail is 3/4 of a mile away, right across from Indian School Park, where you can get a walk/run in. We are an urban neighborhood. The neighborhood itself is filled with walkers/runners in the mornings and evenings. We moved here so that we could walk & bike to do everything we love.
