I asked for things to get clean such as the microwave and RR. Gnats stuck to the palte in the microwave, hair in the tub, drawers dirty with food crumbs and dusty. No ice, no breakfast even when the advertisement said there was. Floors were sticky. Door was unsafe to couldnt lock well. Asked for towels to be replaced and nothing was done. They had pest control come well we were staying at the hotel. Giving us a time frame to be out of the room. We had to go get tp and towels ourselves even after we asked. Dhdhdhrhrhrhrhrhr

I guess you get what you pay for... Didn't see roaches but still felt like a roach motel... Had two queen beds in the room, one super hard, the second was bigger than the platform... Super uncomfortable. Floor was sticky.

The property is not in a residential area. There are homeless around that discourages walking for exercise. The facility is in dire need of repair. The second floor walkway was pitted with broken cement, the entry doors showed extreme water damage. Positive points were no bugs, comfortable beds, friendly staff, excellent AC, frig and microwave. The relatively high ratings are because the price was low.

It seemed a place where they give vouchers to ppl that have nowhere to stay.. Rooms had clean towels, microwave and a TV nothing else

Shut it down
The most disgusting place i have ever stayed. Stayed on second floor. The floor was caving is so bad the drawers on the gross dresser would open wheb you walked by. No shower curtain feet were black from walking on the floor. This place should be shut down. Then they came as sprayed our room for bugs and you couldnt even breathe

Employees and staff were amazing, property, and parking lots were messy and full of trash and broken glass. The building was extremely rundown and had physical damage as well as unsettling wallart.

Within 10 mins of laying down on the bed, I had bed bugs crawling all over my neck. I wasn’t even under the covers. It was absolutely horrifying! There oddly didn’t seem to be a lot of concern from the staff, which was alarming. I also had to call the next day to have them manually refund the $100 deposit, since it didn’t happen at checkout.
