This Deluxe 4 B/R home has a ton to offer. It's located in the quiet neighborhood along a wash in the heart of Estrella Mountain Ranch. The home features a backyard oasis with private swimming pool (heating optional), BBQ grill, plenty of patio seating, and a massive putting green. This home is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay. Estrella is filled with more than 40 parks, multiple Residents’ Clubs, lakes, Championship golf, and stunning mountain views.

Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.

This listing is for the entire home including the private backyard with swimming pool (heating optional), patio area, and gas barbecue grill. The home is 2825 square feet, newly furnished with modern touches and plenty of space for you to enjoy. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars (2 garaged).

POOL: 
Heating Optional - the pool is not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 24-36 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($75/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost. 

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you may need to purchase these items. Thank you!

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the White Tank Mountain Regional Park. The home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, Phoenix International Raceway, and all the other great area events.

If you are going to be traveling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit. 

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*Vendors such as pool, landscape, pest control, etc. may access the home once per week and have access to the back yard.
*Please note: this home does have a camera on the exterior of the home only at the front door.

Guest Access:
Groups will have access to all areas of the home and backyard. The pool is private and the backyard is fenced in. Pool vendors, Trash vendors, landscaping and pest control service the home weekly, and monthly. They do have access to the backyard and this may occur during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Very clean, quiet, community in Estrella Mountain Ranch in Goodyear.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

A beautiful property, great for a family get-away! The backyard is beautiful! We were very surprised to find the pool water cooler than anticipated since it was 100+ degrees our whole stay. We had family from three states enjoying time together - it was the perfect house for everyone to have their own space, as well as great spaces to congregate and spend time together! This property does not disappoint!

This home is beautiful and very clean. I had some questions for the owners and communication was always prompt. The home had all the amenities you could need during your stay. The backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool during the afternoons when the temps were in the 100s. If we ever make it back to his area, we will definitely see if this house is available.

This was a great place to bring the elderly parents to as it has a bedroom downstairs. The only thing I could suggest is maybe a couple grab bars if possible. We loved that this house has 2 a/c units so it made it very comfortable upstairs. This was the pefect backyard for them to sit and relax or put around. I would highly recommend this house as we look forward to returning here again.

Excellent. Great house and location. House was well stocked, especially the kitchen. We replenished some of the spices. Nice selection of plates, cups, pots and pans. Fantastic patio. Spent every evening enjoying the fire pit. Patio had lots of great seating and nice outdoor lighting. Only negative was the the grill needs cleaning and was difficult to light. … but we figured it out. Also enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon. Temperature was comfortable.

Beautiful home and great stay
Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in the Estrella area. Home was well stocked with essentials with plenty of room for our family to enjoy the many amenities. Backyard was definitely an oasis, especially the putting greens which the kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, the BBQ grill was not working and the heated pool for which we paid $75 per day to use could have been a little warmer but the kids made the best of it. We would definitely love to stay there again in the future.

Great Family Vacation Rental Property
My family’s stay at this Estrella Mountain Ranch property was fantastic! The house was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-furnished for six adults. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was lovely and well-stocked with all the necessary utensils and cookware. The backyard area was gorgeous. A beautiful swimming pool with two comfortable sitting areas where my family enjoyed our morning coffee & breakfast while some of us snook in a few games of golf on the miniature golf putting green. We had a fun movie night relaxing on big, comfortable chairs in the living room area while watching our movie on a big-screen television. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our hosts, Jon & Amanda, and The Short-Term Rental Manager Team provided everything we needed. Any questions we had were quickly answered. I can’t wait to return to Arizona with my family to book this property again so we can make more family memories.
